A classic gin based sour…

You will need:

60ml So…London Dry Gin

25ml fresh lime juice

20ml sugar syrup

4-5 mint leaves

2 additional mint leaves for garnish

To make:

Wet shake, double strain into a chilled coupe glass, garnish with a couple of smacked mint leaves
